Privacy Policy

Purpose and access

Tex Assistant uses authorized Google information to provide summaries and organizational assistance. Access is read-only. Depending on the connected account and permissions granted, accessed information may include email messages and headers, attachment metadata, calendar events, Drive file metadata and Google Docs text, and task lists and tasks. The current integration does not send email or change Google messages, events, documents or tasks.

Processing and sharing

Relevant content may be processed by cloud AI providers, and summaries may be delivered through Telegram. These services receive the information needed for the requested processing or delivery. Google information is not confined to the local computer.

Storage and retention

Authorization credentials are stored locally; retrieved information and generated summaries may also remain in local files and conversation records. Local records may include saved outputs, session history and logs. Reauthorization may create backups of authorization credentials.

There is currently no fixed automatic deletion schedule for local records. Disconnecting Google access does not delete information already stored. To request deletion of locally stored Google information and authorization credentials, contact texaiassistant@gmail.com. Requests are handled manually; copies held by external services are subject to those services’ retention and deletion policies.

Control and contact

You may revoke the application's Google access through your Google Account's third-party connections controls. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not itself remove previously stored information. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact texaiassistant@gmail.com.
